Milan, September 21, 2026 – Innovo Group acquires a stake in Henor, an Italian technology start-up that has developed a digital platform for monitoring and ensuring compliance at agrivoltaic plants.
The transaction combines Innovo Group’s expertise, network and industrial vision with Henor’s technology and know-how, creating a partnership with a shared objective: to make agrivoltaic management more digital, measurable and scalable, supporting Asset Owners, IPPs and EPCs throughout the entire life cycle of the plants.
Founded in Lucca by a team with a strong track record in the technology sector, Henor is an Operating System for agrivoltaics: a platform that integrates electrical and agronomic monitoring in a single environment, enabling the centralization of data from both the plant and agricultural activities, while automating all regulatory reporting.
Henor’s platform makes it possible to monitor parameters such as solar irradiance, which is useful for assessing shading and the plant’s energy performance; air temperature and humidity, for microclimate management; rainfall and soil moisture levels, to prevent water stress; wind speed, for crop protection; and energy data, to assess generated power and the health status of strings and inverters.
Henor’s technology complements the work of Innovo Agri, the Innovo Group company specializing in integrating agricultural activities into agrivoltaic projects. Innovo Agri supports developers, investors and operators from due diligence through to the operation of plants in service. Innovo Group’s investment in Henor therefore represents a further step in building an ecosystem dedicated to the energy transition, in which agronomic, technological and infrastructure expertise converge to address one of the key challenges of agrivoltaics: ensuring, over time, a balance between energy production, agricultural activity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Rodolfo Bigolin, Chairman of Innovo Group, comments: “For agrivoltaics to fully express its potential, it must become an industrial asset capable of offering investors greater visibility, control and predictability over the long term. The investment in Henor moves in this direction: the technology enables continuous monitoring of energy and agronomic aspects and the automation of compliance, helping to reduce operational risks and protect incentives and asset value. It is an important step toward making agrivoltaic projects more robust, scalable and attractive to the market.”
Nicola Pierallini, CEO of Henor, adds: “We believe that the synergy between Henor’s technological know-how and Innovo Group’s deep experience in the energy and agrivoltaic market represents a decisive drive to bring an innovative product to market, designed to solve the most critical issues in a rapidly expanding market whose regulatory dimension is becoming increasingly crucial and is constantly evolving. Being able to offer monitoring technology that protects our clients’ agrivoltaic assets from a regulatory standpoint over the long term is our key mission.”
With Henor, Innovo Group therefore aims to bring to market not merely a monitoring tool, but a true operational infrastructure for the digital management of agrivoltaics, capable of turning data and compliance into a means of protecting and enhancing investment value.
The first plants are expected to enter testing by the end of 2026.
