Innovo Infrastructure strengthens its financial structure with the first investment by the Nextalia Credit Solutions Fund

Milan, February 2, 2026 – Innovo Infrastructure, an industrial platform active in the development, construction and management of strategic infrastructure in the renewable energy, electric mobility and digital infrastructure sectors, part of Innovo Group, strengthens its financial structure thanks to the investment by Nextalia Investment Management, on behalf of the Nextalia Credit Solutions fund.

The transaction, which involves a structured investment through a hybrid capital solution using debt instruments and preferred equity, represents a key milestone in the growth path of the Group led by Rodolfo Bigolin and is aimed at supporting the implementation of the development plan in the renewable energy, electric mobility and digital infrastructure sectors, further strengthening its financial structure.

The Nextalia Credit Solutions fund, which completed its first closing on January 7, reaching its fundraising target of €200 million, launches its investment activity with this transaction, confirming a strategy focused on supporting entrepreneurial businesses with solid industrial fundamentals, clear development plans and established managerial expertise.

Thanks to this investment, Innovo Group surpasses €100 million in total capital raised from institutional investors across its portfolio companies in less than three years — a milestone that demonstrates the Group’s strong attractiveness, market reputation and the solidity of the industrial model built over time.

Innovo Group is now a rapidly expanding organization, with approximately 150 professionals operating across four countries and six offices — Milan (HQ), Rome, Pistoia, Munich, London and Miami — and an increasingly significant positioning not only in the strategic infrastructure sector but also in new sectors and industries with high growth potential. The investment by Nextalia Credit Solutions will enable Innovo Infrastructure to accelerate the execution of its industrial plan, supporting both organic growth and future investment initiatives, and to continue developing a diversified pipeline of projects supporting critical infrastructure in the fields of renewable energy, electric mobility and digitalization.

Rodolfo Bigolin, CEO and Founder of Innovo Infrastructure, commented: “This transaction marks a fundamental milestone in the history of Innovo Group. In less than three years, we have surpassed €100 million in capital raised from institutional investors — a result that confirms the credibility of our project, the quality of our team and the strength of a diversified and continuously evolving group. I am deeply proud of the journey we have undertaken and of the people who make it possible every day. The transaction with Nextalia provides us with additional financial strength to support our medium- to long-term vision and enables us to approach the next phase of growth with even greater ambition.”

Francesco Canzonieri, Chief Executive Officer of Nextalia, commented: “This transaction represents a significant step for Nextalia Credit Solutions, marking the start of the fund’s investment activity following its first fundraising closing. The adopted structure fully reflects our credit approach, focused on flexible and tailored solutions capable of combining capital protection, alignment with entrepreneurs and participation in the value created over time. Innovo Infrastructure is a platform with solid industrial foundations, established managerial expertise and a clear positioning in infrastructure sectors characterized by long-term structural trends.”

Enrico Monti, Partner and Head of Nextalia Credit Solutions, added: “Nextalia Credit Solutions was established with the objective of supporting high-quality industrial platforms through structured credit solutions that ensure financial discipline, flexibility and effective alignment of interests. The transaction with Innovo is representative of this strategy: an investment structured at holding level, with hybrid instruments and governance rights, designed to provide not only financial but also strategic support to entrepreneurs in their new phase of growth and consolidation, while maintaining a risk profile consistent with the fund’s objectives.”
