Lexham Power, a company of the EOS Investment Management Group, acquires a majority stake (51%) in Innovo Agri

London | Luxembourg | Milan, February 17, 2026 – EOS Investment Management Group (EOS IM), an independent asset manager and one of Europe’s leading players in sustainable investments and the energy transition, announces that Lexham Power, an independent power producer (IPP) wholly owned by the Group, has acquired a 51% stake in Innovo Agri, an entrepreneurial company founded by Innovo Group and specialized in the development and integrated management of agrivoltaic projects. Innovo Agri introduces an advanced advisory model designed to support agricultural entrepreneurs, developers and financiers throughout the entire lifecycle of agrivoltaic projects.

Following the transaction, the company will be renamed NT Innovo Agri. The remaining shareholders are Innovo Capital Partners (39%), the operating holding company led by Rodolfo Bigolin and active in the energy and sustainable transition of critical infrastructure in Italy, and the Tuscan-based company Nextitude (10%), specialized in engineering and consulting in the energy sector.

The transaction creates an integrated industrial platform capable of covering the entire lifecycle of agrivoltaic projects: from preliminary agronomic advisory and detailed design, to procurement of goods and services, on-site operational management, and AgriPV Compliance Monitoring services, ensuring ongoing compliance with regional and national regulatory standards.

NT Innovo Agri will position itself as a single point of contact for both the agricultural and energy components of projects, ensuring productivity, traceability of activities and full bankability of initiatives.

“With this transaction, we strengthen our strategy of building integrated industrial platforms across the entire energy transition value chain,” commented Giuseppe La Loggia, Senior Partner of EOS Investment Management Group. “Agrivoltaics represents a key segment for the country’s system, but it requires multidisciplinary expertise, full regulatory compliance and strong execution capabilities. With Lexham Power and NT Innovo Agri, we are creating an industrial model capable of combining agricultural productivity, energy efficiency and project bankability, offering the market a structured and scalable solution. Our goal is to become a national benchmark in the development and management of next-generation agrivoltaic plants.”

“The acquisition of the majority stake in Innovo Agri strengthens Lexham Power’s industrial positioning and execution capabilities, in line with a plan that foresees the completion over the next 24–36 months of more than 0.5 GW of new authorized solar capacity, predominantly agrivoltaic,” stated Filippo Stefanelli, Chief Executive Officer of Lexham Power. “It also consolidates our position as a leading operator in the agrivoltaic solar sector.”

“With Innovo Agri, we aim to build a bridge between the agricultural world and the energy industry, offering cross-sector expertise, process traceability and a strategic approach to foster the development of environmentally and economically sustainable agrivoltaic projects,” said Rodolfo Bigolin, Chief Executive Officer of NT Innovo Agri. “By combining agricultural productivity, regulatory compliance and sustainability, we are filling a gap in the renewable energy landscape, supporting all players across the value chain, including project financiers, in the sustainable transition of our country.”

Supporting Rodolfo Bigolin will be Marco Scarpelli as Managing Director, bringing extensive experience in plant development and real asset advisory in the energy sector.

The company’s operational headquarters will be located in Tuscany, in the province of Pistoia, at the crossroads between agricultural heritage and the development of new technologies linked to the energy transition.
